A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step
Every Saturday morning, I would open the New Zealand Herald newspaper with my dad. He would get me to open the stock market page that listed all the companies and their share prices, and he would ask me to read out the latest prices or the dividend amount or some other column.
I was 12 years old and this was the mid 1980s. The markets were going up like crazy and everyone was making money from shares... including my dad, a humble fish and chip shop owner, an immigrant from China who spoke no English and had no high school education when he arrived. He put almost every cent of his hard earned cash into the stock market. Dollars earnt through sweat and grit 14 hours a day, 7 days a week, at the fish and chip shop. But he was making money with money, instead of with his hands, and he was excited for the future!
And then… the 1987 global stock market crash happened and he lost 95% of it all, holding and thinking it would go back up. I didn’t realise at the time, but losing that kind of money hurts you to your core. Fortunately, he didn’t borrow any money and the family business kept us going, but it took him many years to recover and he never traded shares again.
This lesson planted a seed in my young mind about the power of the stock market to make and break fortunes, and especially the power of money to make money. The trick is to do it without losing your shirt.
Fast forward to today. I’ve distilled and simplified my over 15 years of trading experience into The 45 Minute Trader Masterclass - a course that just about anyone can follow and actually trade in 45 minutes a day.

Making money in 45 minutes a day? That sounds impossible!!
Yes, it is impossible if your only way of making money is selling your time for money. (i.e. a job!)

Who is the 45 Minute Trader Masterclass for?
Firstly, you have a desire to take control of your financial future, to create a second income stream and potentially replace your primary income.
The idea of working 45 minutes a day from anywhere in the world excites you, and you’re prepared to put in the study and the work to make it happen. You should plan on allowing 1 to 3 months, to learn the theory and then apply in practice and then for real.
